CDL Practice Test collects nothing about you. There is no account, no analytics and no server of ours.

What the app stores

Which questions you have answered, and whether you got them right. That is kept on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. It never leaves the device and we never see it. Deleting the app deletes it.

What the app sends

Nothing, except when you buy the written test. That purchase is handled entirely by Apple: we never see your name, your email or your payment details. Apple tells the app one thing — whether this Apple Account has bought it.

The app works with no signal. If it can't reach the network, everything free keeps working exactly the same.

Links to other sites

The app links to the Federal Highway Administration's sign manual and to the Code of Federal Regulations, so you can check any answer against the source. Those are government websites with their own privacy policies. We have no connection to them beyond linking.

Children

The app is for adults studying for a commercial driver's licence. It collects nothing from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with the date it changed. As of 12 August 2026, the app collects nothing, and there is no plan for that to change.
